Acceptance
By using marketmegood.com or engaging Market Me Good (“MMG”) for SEO services, you agree to these terms.
Services
MMG provides SEO consulting, audits, content production, link building, programmatic SEO, AI search optimization, and related services as agreed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).
Payment
Services are invoiced monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms are NET 14 from invoice date. Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement.
Results disclaimer
SEO results depend on factors including but not limited to Google’s algorithm, competitor activity, and client cooperation. MMG cannot guarantee specific rankings or traffic numbers, but we operate on a satisfaction-guaranteed basis: if you’re not happy in the first 90 days, we’ll refund the unused portion.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia.
